VIP Pick-Up Service

Beverly Hills Rent A Car provides curbside pick-up service at the baggage claim. We will then assist you with your luggage and escort you to your awaiting vehicle to complete your rental agreement. Please contact the renting LOCATION to coordinate this service. If you have placed a reservation online you may contact our reservation center and provide your online booking reference number. If you already have a reservation receipt with a confirmed pick-up location and time, you may contact the renting location or reservation agent to confirm pickup.

Complimentary Pick-Up Service

Beverly Hills Rent A Car provides Complimentary Pick-Up Service to all our locations. Please make arrangements with customer service at the renting location before placing your reservation.

Delivery to Hotel, Home, or Business.

This service is unrestricted and applies to any area within a 10 mile radius, of all our rental locations

Terms of Service - Online Reservations

 Online Reservations  - The total amount of your vehicle rental sent in an online reservation request is an ESTIMATE of the charges due upon return. The estimated total excludes the following types of charges. 

• Insurance Coverages
• Tax
• Service Fees 
• Fuel Charges
• Additional Mileage Charges

Reservation Booking Number - When you first place your online reservation you will receive a reservation BOOKING NUMBER that is only a REQUEST sent directly  to our reservation center. The first available agent will then check availability on your vehicle and send a RESERVATION RECEIPT by e-mail confirming the details of your reservation.

 

If you have not yet received a RESERVATION RECEIPT and need to confirm your reservation you may contact the Reservation Center and refer to your booking number.

Vehicle Availability - All vehicles are based on availability upon the time of your request. If you placed your reservation online you will be notified by e-mail with a similar vehicle upgrade.
