Malibu Beach California
After seeing Pamela Anderson and David Hasselhoff shopping in Beverly Hills why not take a drive down to the Baywatch beach. Malibu Beach has always been a popular choice for Hollywood movies and television shows. It all started back with Frankie Avalon and Annette Funicello and Beach Party. There have been many famous residents along or around Malibu Beach see if any of these names sound familiar:

Now Malibu is not always about the stars. Zuma beach, referred to as "Zuma" is a well-known 2-mile stretch of gorgeous white sand and beautiful waves. Malibu Beach is a great place to surf, as long as it is not your first time. Expert surfers ride to shore on some of the most spectacular waves designed by nature. If history is of interest be sure to visit the Malibu Lagoon Museum. Here you can learn about the Chumash Indians, the original residents of this now famous area. The original name of Malibu Beach was "Humaliwo" which is translated into "the surf sounds loudly". Little did they know at the time that surfing would be the beach's claim to fame.
Next-door is the Adamson House museum, which allows you to venture back into the 1920's with the likes of pottery and an enormous Persian rug designed out of tiles. This house/museum brings you to the beginning of an era of prestige for Malibu Beach. Be warned, once you have visited this house the ones in Beverly Hills might appear average
